Matasar criticizes the "inordinate scrutiny" given to law schools




In the first segment of a two-part interview responding to David Segal's critique of law school economics, Richard Matasar says that law schools receive "inordinate scrutiny."

I think any profession that claims to work in the public interest and teach ethics would be equally scrutinized when its secrets are exposed.

Perhaps this is one instance in which those who would savor every bite of the cake "must take the bitter with the sweet." Arnett v. Kennedy, 416 U.S. 134, 154 (1974).
